Located just 9 km from Dubrovnik and ÄŒilipi Airport, it’s an ideal spot for travelers seeking the beauty of the Adriatic coast with a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.

Situated along Mlini's picturesque promenade, Guesthouse Villa Mlini offers breathtaking harbor views and easy access to the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. With Mlini Beach just steps away, a ferry stop to Dubrovnik and Cavtat right in front, and a bus station five minutes away, it’s perfectly located for both relaxation and exploration.

What We Offer
Our guesthouse offers two double rooms and one apartment, each with a private bathroom and a balcony/terrace overlooking the harbor and the Adriatic Sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and essential bathroom and dinnerware items, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the property. For those traveling by car, each guest is provided with a parking spot.
